Dr. Samuel KABERA is a visionary leader with a passion for transforming communities through faith-based initiatives. As the Founder and President of Hozanna Ministries-Africa, Dr. Samuel KABERA and his wife Esther BATAMURIZA have dedicated their life to serving others and spreading the message of hope, love, and compassion.

Dr. Samuel KABERA’s journey in ministry began with a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him. With a background of 10 years preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and also as a Lecturer at Universities in Rwanda felt called to use his skills and knowledge to address the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of individuals and communities in Rwanda and Africa at large.

Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Dr. Samuel KABERA founded Hozanna Ministries-Africa with the goal of providing holistic support to marginalized and vulnerable populations. Under Dr. Samuel KABERA’s leadership, the organization has grown to become a beacon of hope for many, offering a range of programs and services that uplift and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

One of Dr. Samuel KABERA’s key achievements as President of Hozanna Ministries-Africa has been the establishment of programs:  Child sponsorship, Special Needs Education Fund, Nezerwa Mubyeyi program, Evangelism and Planting of Churches. Through these efforts, Samuel KABERA has helped a number of beneficiaries reached or impacted individuals and families, providing them with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive.

In addition to their work with Hozanna Ministries-Africa, Dr. Samuel KABERA is also actively involved in supporting of people with disabilities in the country through vocational training to become able to sustain themselves and their families. Dr. Samuel KABERA and his Wife commitment to serving others extends beyond their professional endeavors, as they continue to be a source of inspiration and support to many.

Dr. Samuel Kabera is a dedicated educator and visionary leader with a passion for transforming education in Africa. Born in Uganda as a result of Rwandan history that forced his parents to go as refugees in Uganda in the year 1959. Dr.Samuel KBERA’s early experiences shaped his commitment to improving educational opportunities for all.

Dr.Samuel KBERA is a firm believer in the power of faith to bring about positive change in the world. He and the Wife are deeply committed to their mission of spreading the love of God and making a difference in the lives of those they serve.

As Founder and President of Hozanna Ministries-Africa, remains dedicated to his vision of a world where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive and fulfill their God-given potential. Through his leadership and unwavering commitment to service, continues to be a guiding light for many, inspiring hope and transformation wherever he goes.

Dr. Samuel Kabera’s journey in education began with a strong foundation in his home country (Rwanda). He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2011 at the National University of Rwanda before pursuing higher studies abroad. He continued his studies at Concordia University-Oregon and graduated with Master’s Degree in Education majoring in Curriculum Studies in 2015. Continuing his educational journey, Dr. Kabera Samuel furthered his studies in the field of Christian Education; in 2022 he graduated and is now holding a PhD in Christian Education from the Northwestern Christian University (USA). His academic achievements were recognized with several awards and accolades, highlighting his dedication to excellence in education. His wife Esther BATAMURIZA serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry for Hozanna Ministries-Africa and is a motivational speaker and a dynamic communicator of the good news of Jesus Christ.

Today Samuel and Esther are raising their 4 children, Eliana, Ethan, Evans and Eliora.
